Black Lives Matter

I simply love sending free, beautiful imagery, to each of my newsletter subscribers each and every month.

I, like so many of you, have been paying attention to what’s happening in the world right now and I keep coming back to this place of heartbrokenness.

I don’t typically put anything having to do with personal politics or religion into the “social atmosphere”. I’ve operated in this space where I don’t want to say the “wrong thing”, and I recognize that I don’t know enough about some things in order to appropriately weigh in on them, so I have remained silent.

Enough is enough.

I want to make it explicitly clear that racism is wrong and I won’t tolerate it.

To those who peacefully protest, I hear you, I want change and I stand with you.

To my friends of color, I love you and I’m committed to taking action and using my voice to help drive change.

To the many police officers who are doing their job respectfully, and with honor, I see you too. I know so many of you are truly good people. You put your lives on the line for our safety every day and for that I am deeply thankful for you.

Instead of my typical-pretty-flower-sparkly-holiday-themed free imagery, this week, I shared with my subscribers imagery that I’m hoping they’ll use as they raise their voices against racism and injustice. I think this is so important that I’m also going to make this imagery available, for free, to anyone who’d love to have it!

As I’m learning, I’ll be reading {listening via audible} a few books and finding other influencers/accounts over on Instagram to follow. I encourage you to do the same.

Here are a handful of educational resources over on Instagram to follow:

I appreciate you for giving me this space to speak to you in. I’m a “fixer” by nature, and if I could, I’d make all of the racism and injustice simply disappear. Until then, I hope you’ll join me in committing to take action and using our voices for change.

ciao! natalie
